Black Friday Sale – Up to 50% Off Sitewide

1. Promotion Period: The CampBoss Black Friday Sale begins at 12:00 am AEST 15th of November and ends at 11:59 pm AEST 05th of December .
2. Discount: Customers can receive up to 50% off select items across the site. Discounts vary by product and may not apply to all items.
3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers shopping on the CampBoss website during the promotion period. No additional registration is required.
4. Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are eligible for returns and exchanges in line with our standard return policy. Discounted prices do not affect return eligibility; however, refunds will reflect the price paid at checkout.
5. Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from the Black Friday Sale. Please refer to product pages for any exclusions. Gift cards and select new arrivals may also not be eligible for discounts.

Social Media Competitions
From time to time, we will run competitions on social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Entry requirements and terms will be communicated through the relevant social media post, including details on how to enter, the prize and its value, and how, when, and where winners will be announced. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes unless otherwise specified.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
2.1. You may use vouchers, promotional codes, or gift cards as payment for certain products on our website. Vouchers are available electronically only. Promotional codes are available online or via marketing partners. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, though multiple gift cards/vouchers can be used per order. Gift Cards are emailed electronically to you or your chosen recipient. We accept no liability for errors in the email addresses provided to us. You are responsible for the security of your vouchers and gift cards; they should be treated like cash. We are not liable for the loss or theft of vouchers or gift cards, including unauthorised use. We monitor the issuance and redemption of vouchers, gift cards, and promotional codes. In cases of fraud, misuse, or suspicion of illegal activities, we may close or block access to your Account and/or require a different payment method. We may also block gift cards if notified by law enforcement that they have been fraudulently obtained.
2.2. Conditions for Redeeming Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Promotional Codes:
(a) Vouchers or promotional codes issued by CampBoss are valid for the specified period stated on them and can only be redeemed in accordance with any special terms, such as minimum spend requirements, validity periods, or exclusions. Only one voucher or promotional code can be used per order unless specifically stated otherwise.
(b) Certain products may be excluded from the promotion, voucher, or promotional code, and unless otherwise stated, these discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
(c) Vouchers, Gift Cards, Promotional Codes, or Discount Codes cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase gift cards. If your order total is less than the value of the voucher, promotional code, or discount code, no refund or residual credit will be issued unless stated otherwise. If the value of the voucher, promotional code, or gift card is insufficient to cover your order, you must pay the difference using another payment method. Additional offers or codes cannot be applied to the same order.
(d) We actively monitor the use of vouchers, promotional codes, and discount codes. We reserve the right to deactivate any vouchers, promotional codes, or discount codes and to block any user found to be in violation of the specified terms or CampBoss’s Terms and Conditions.
2.3. Conditions for Redeeming Gift Cards:
(a) Gift cards can be purchased for use on our website by you or other customers. They can be redeemed at checkout or added to your Account. Once redeemed, gift cards cannot be transferred. Gift cards are valid only on our website in accordance with any special terms stated on them.
(b) Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date. Any unredeemed balance remaining after 36 months will be voided.
(c) Gift card balances do not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
(d) If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be stored in your Account for future use. This remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash and will be valid for 36 months from the date of the original gift card purchase.
(e) If the gift card balance is insufficient for your order, you may pay the difference using another payment method. Multiple gift cards can be used per order, and they may be combined with one voucher/promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
Bundle Deals and Multi-Buy Promotions
3.1. If you cancel or return items purchased as part of a bundle deal or multi-buy promotion, the remaining items will be charged at their full price. The purchase amount will be adjusted accordingly, and any refund due will be provided either as a credit or refund.
