RETURNS
- We do not accept returns for change of mind. All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted by the CampBoss Team, a store credit will be issued.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect, damaged or faulty item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process.
MISSING
- If you are missing an item from your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGE
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange an item. E.g. you have purchased the incorrect item or size.
- Return the unwanted item to us in NEW condition (this means in the original packaging - undamaged. Clothing must be unworn nor washed and tags must be attached). Please include proof of purchase along with notes with your exchange so we know what you require in return. Our return address is - PO BOX 1560 NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566
- Once your item is received into the warehouse it will be assessed to ensure the item is as purchased. Only then will we send your requested item.
- Please note that our exchange policy includes REGULAR return postage, if you require Express postage please include your own satchel at the time of returning your item.
- If we are out of stock of the size/style requested for your exchange, and once the item has been returned, a store credit for the purchase price will be issued via email. This can be used through the CampBoss online store and will not expire.
