Return the unwanted item to us in NEW condition (this means preferably in the original packaging and for clothing it must not be worn or washed). Please include a note with your exchange so we know what you want in return. Our return address is - PO BOX 1560 NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566
Once your item is received into the warehouse we will send out the requested item in exchange.
Please note that our exchange policy includes REGULAR return postage, if you require Express postage please include your own satchel at the time of returning your item.
If we don’t have the size/style requested for your exchange a store credit for the purchase price will be issued via email, this can be used in the All 4 Adventure shop and does not have an expiry date.
INCORRECT SUPPLY or FAULTY
Contact our warehouse team on email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order if there are any issues with products that were sent - incorrect items or a faulty item.
For INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED items, we will send the correct item that day along with a reply paid satchel for the return of the incorrectly supplied item.
For FAULTY items, we will send a replacement item that day, any further instructions will be provided via email.
