EXCHANGE
- Contact our warehouse team on support@campboss.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange an item. E.g. you have purchased the incorrect item or size.
- Return the unwanted item to us in NEW condition (this means in the original packaging - undamaged. Clothing must be unworn nor washed and tags must be attached). Please include proof of purchase along with notes with your exchange so we know what you require in return. Our return address is - PO BOX 1560 NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566
- Once your item is received into the warehouse it will be assessed to ensure the item is as purchased. Only then will we send your requested item.
- Please note that our exchange policy includes REGULAR return postage, if you require Express postage please include your own satchel at the time of returning your item.
- If we are out of stock of the size/style requested for your exchange, and once the item has been returned, a store credit for the purchase price will be issued via email. This can be used through the CampBoss online store and will not expire.
FAULTY
- For FAULTY items, please contact our warehouse team on support@campboss.com .
INCORRECT SUPPLY
- Contact our warehouse team via email support@campboss.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have received the incorrect product.
- We will email you a return label for you to return the incorrect product to us in original condition. We will not accept items that are not as purchased (have been used, washed, have damaged packaging). Once we have been notified the item has been shipped, we will dispatch the correct item.
MISSING
- If you are missing an item from your order please contact our warehouse team on support@campboss.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will dispatch the missing item same day as long as we have stock.
RETURNS
- We do not accept returns for change of mind. All return requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If your return is accepted by the CampBoss Team, a store credit will be issued.
